The Spring Equinox was just the other day, and 03.20.2020 marked the official first day of Spring!
For aeons, mankind has celebrate the birth of Spring. The coming of the sun, warm, and of course, the flowers!

The death sleep of winter has slowly faded,
the rigor of the ground loosens,
and the earth is once more reborn.
Like Mithras and Osiris,
reborn from death,
life returns again to the land,
springing up as the snow melts away.
As the soil warms and the days grow longer,
dew forms along new sprouts of grass,

Let the earth come to life again,
and welcome the light of spring!
I know we are in weird times right now, but don’t forget to take some time to walk through nature and appreciate its beauty. With our current state of affairs, Mother Earth is definitely getting a bit of a breather from our toxic behaviour, and we should make sure we do too.
The upside to “social distancing” is giving time to yourself for once. Never have time to meditate? Now you do. Always wanted to try some yoga. Now you can. Curious about a topic or skill, now you can research it and practice. Had an idea on your mind for a while and never the time to expand on it – don’t make me said it, but . . . NOW IS YOUR MOMENT.
Some interesting astrological planetary action is coming into play (if the world would allow this aspect of our culture to be on the forefront- EVERYONE could have seen this coming years ago!) . . . and the cosmos has beckoned us all to take a step back and reassess everything that has occurred to us in the past 32 years or so. Whether we like it or not, the world will not be the same, and it never was meant to be. Change is inevitable, especially when so many aspects of our society are out of balance.
These changes are perfect for Spring as we come out from the death and darkness of the Winter, into the beautiful rebirth of the Earth.
