Spoon is one of the bands . . . it’s hard to put into words, but I always feel like they do something original, and very Spoon. It’s always different, which is the key, and at the same time, it’s always the same – just ultra cool. This song came out a few years ago with their album “Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga” (which also features the haunting “The Ghost of You Lingers“; if you have the chance, check that out, too).
Just love the vibe, and its ode to eclectic vanity! You can’t go wrong with a “Japanese Cigarette Case”. . . .
