This year’s Vintage Marketplace was an exciting weekend for us, and we still can’t seem to shake it!
We wanted to give an opportunity to our friends and fans who couldn’t make it to the event (held this year at the very vintage Hamilton Convention Centre) to see what we were up to with some photos we took over those eventful two days where style and history collided! It truly was a meeting of the {PAST}, {PRESENT}, and {FUTURE}, and we can’t wait to do it all again next year!!!
First off, hats off to the team at VMP for everything they did to make sure our experience was the best it could be. Shout out to Lacey Battaglio who always did everything she could to help, and keep strains and stresses to a minimum. Also to the fabulous DJ Donna Lovejoy who provided her signature spin to many a vintage classic that helped give us the pep in our step after a dubiously long Saturday night!!!

Luckily for us, we always surround ourselves with the best people, and our team of vintage and style aficionados really came together to create what could only be described as a wildly dynamic and captivating booth that meshed together all of our areas of expertise and individual styles (and in record time, I might add)!
Another highlight of the Vintage Marketplace was the awesome vintage fashion show produced by Whitney McMeekin of Girl on the Wing which showcased looks from her own collection, as well as our friends at New Old’s, Love in the Afternoon, Vintage Soul Geek (!!!), and of course, yours truly! The looks showed the wild variety of vintage styles available in the city, and the multitude of looks that look as fresh today as they ever did.
Best of all, we got a sneak peak at the {FUTURE} of fashion with an encore catwalk from three fresh new faces who just couldn’t stop at the opportunity to soak in the limelight!
Overall, a successful and fun weekend spent amongst friends and plenty of inspiration for next year!!!
Until next time,
